Healthy social-emotional development can get off track during childhood and teenage years as kids face new challenges and changes. Our compassionate child and adolescent therapists provide a safe space for young people to process difficulties, learn new skills, and get back on track.
Through play and age-appropriate activities, we help children express themselves, understand their feelings, and build confidence. For adolescents, we create a judgement-free zone for openly discussing relationships, peer pressure, school issues, family dynamics, identity, and more.
We partner with parents to gain insights into behaviors at home and collaborate to improve communication and family functioning. Our approach is holistic – we look at the child’s environment at home, school, activities, and the wider community context.
