The Nafsology Premarital Program aims to provide individuals and couples with essential knowledge about marriage while helping them build realistic expectations for their future together. Through three core pillars: Setting Expectations, Intimacy, and Communication. participants explore what marriage truly means, how it differs from other types of relationships, and the importance of aligning expectations early on. The program also introduces open conversations around physical intimacy as an integral part of a healthy marriage, addressing what couples should understand before entering that stage. Finally, it highlights effective communication as the cornerstone of long-term relationship success. To ensure impact, participants complete a pre- and post-assessment alongside a workshop evaluation, allowing them to reflect on their growth and readiness for a fulfilling marriage.
