“Life can be an intricate tapestry of emotions and challenges, and it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, lost, or uncertain at times. I strive to cultivate an environment where you can freely express yourself, knowing that your experiences are valid and that you are worthy of compassion and respect.”

Personal Experience & Biography

Meesha Mausoof is a psychotherapist with a Master of Counselling and over seven years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples across the UAE, UK, Singapore, and Australia. Her practice sits at the intersection of individual support, relationship therapy and women’s mental health.

She works with people navigating conflict and disconnection in their relationships, and with women moving through the mental and emotional shifts of fertility, perimenopause, and menopause.

She draws on her advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, ACT, CBT, Gestalt and Brainspotting, and she tailors the approach to each client’s needs. Sometimes that means steady, structured work on communication and sometimes it’s slower, trauma-informed work on safety and trust. What stays consistent is a warm, compassionate and culturally attuned presence in the room.
