Our mission is to provide best practice mental health services in a safe and supportive environment that aims to achieve the best possible outcomes for all clients and the community while respecting our clients’ uniqueness, individuality, and cultural considerations.
We offer face-to-face and Online Therapy. You are welcome to our comfortable office for a face-to-face session or to get all the benefits of an in-person therapy session from the comfort of your own space.
Over the past year, I've been seeing Dr. Nashwa and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my mental health. I was going through the darkest period of my life when I separated from my husband and Nashwa very gently brought me back to light and peace. As I experienced all the stages of grief, I was offered a safe space to express and share my feelings of denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Through every stage I was given an explanation of why the mind is behaving that way it is. Nashwa's method of offering reassurance, support and comfort in parallel to logic and reasoning worked seamlessly for me. Now that I'm recovered, I can easily credit Nashwa for being one of the contributors that saved me - and for that I am forever grateful.
Ms Divya V Salian is the best psychologist I have ever met. I tried many psychologists and none of them is like Ms Divya. She gives from her heart and is very caring person by nature. She always answers my massages on the spot. She uses a number of methods that are not only limited to traditional CBT. Ms Divya has a very good memory and she remembers every detail I tell her about. I have taken 7 sessions with her until now and I can see the difference in my personality already. I 100% recommend her.
After numerous false starts with different kinds of therapist, I finally bumped into a human being who not only listened to all the thought process in my mind without any judgements but also made me feel very comfortable in opening to her. I was diagnosed with mild depression and was having a very difficult time coping up with the new motherhood phase. Divya not only help me get to the root cause of it but also helped me to accept my feelings and not to push them away. The process resulted in my feeling much more confident and less nervous.
